If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of you receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please get in touch with our friendly customer service team using our 'contact us' form to request a Returns number, and once your return has been accepted we will provide you with returns instructions. You can then return the item in its original, saleable condition for a full refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customised products, this includes special orders or personalised items.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can sometimes take even longer for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved and processed your return, and you still have not received your refund please contact us through our 'contact us' form so that we can investigate.
FREE Return costs Terms & Conditions
For a limited period we are offering customers Free Royal Mail Tracked returns postage. The returns package may not be greater than 20Kg in weight and the parcel dimensions within 61 x 46 x 46 cm. For products returned in Tube packaging such as Antennas the length of the tube can be no greater than 90cm and the length + twice the diameter must be no more than 104cm. For Items outside these specifications will are unable to offer Free return postage. 99.5% of the items that we sell are within these specifications.
