All our products will display an estimated delivery window. This is an estimation of the time it will take to receive your order and includes the time to process your order from our warehouse. We will email you once your order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days to anywhere in the UK & Northern Ireland.

And to the rest of the world within a 1-4 weeks depending on the delivery location.

UK FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

This means that your goods will be processed and shipped using by our standard shipping service. The majority of our orders using this service are sent using our delivery partner Royal Mail. Very large, heavy, or items that may require special handling may incur an additional charge as may orders destined for very remote parts of the British Isles.

PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING

We understand that certain products demand an extra level of care and attention when it comes to delivery. We partner with skilled professionals who are trained in the intricacies of handling fragile, oversize and items classed as dangerous goods. Products that are sent using this service may take longer to arrive due to additional processing times.
Unfortunately, given the additional expense of these special handling requirements, these products are excluded from any delivery promotions and will incur additional charges which will be displayed at the checkout page. Should you have any further questions or concerns regarding our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY

If you have opted for EXPRESS Delivery, this means that your order would be processed as a priority and shipped using a next working day service. Please note that there also may be an additional handling time displayed on the product page and this should be accounted for in the time it may take to receive your order. 

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We will be offering international delivery via Air Mail or Express courier which will be both trackable in due course. Selecting the optional Express courier would offer a higher level of online tracking information and will get you your order much faster. The price of these services is dependent on the value, weight, package dimensions and delivery country or region.

• All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

• Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Postage & Payment section which will be shown while placing final order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
