The Maestrini threaded skin fitting is made from chrome plated brass. A skin fitting connects to a threaded pipe and is designed for through hull applications. This skin fitting features a traditional domed head style and is supplied with a fixing nut. The chromed brass skin fitting has a 1/4" BSP thread and measures 55mm in length. Please Note: All fittings used for through hull applications must be correctly electrically bonded to ensure protection from electrolytic corrosion. Brass is susceptible to dezincification and is not recommended for below waterline through hull applications.
