The Maestrini pipe connection elbow is made from bronze. This material is tough and corrosion resistant making it suitable for exposure to sea water. A 90 elbow is used to connect two pieces of equal sized pipe at a right angle. This bronze elbow has one 2" BSPT male port and one 2" BSP female port. Please Note: All fittings used for through hull applications must be correctly electrically bonded to ensure protection from electrolytic corrosion. Bronze is highly suitable for below waterline through hull applications.
