AG Zycore Bedding & Sealing Adhesive in Black (310ml Cartridge)

Zycore Bedding and Sealing is a high performance adhesive for use above the water line and is based on SMP technology. The Black adhesive is ideal for sealing and sticking / bedding decking, deck fittings and hull fittings such as windows and hatches. It is easy to apply, fast curing and bonds with metals, fibreglass, wood and most plastics. Zycore Bedding & Sealing features excellent weathering characteristics, UV resistance and is safe to use as it is free of solvents and isocyanates.

Zycore Application Instructions:

- Ensure the surface is clean, dry and grease free. Apply as required to one surface.

- Assemble parts by pressing into place, leaving a minimum layer of 1mm. Remove excess and smooth exposed surfaces with water.

- Zycore must be over-painted within six hours of application. If painting outside six hours, abrade with fine abrasive paper first.

- Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C.

- Skins in around 20 mins and cures fully in up to 7 days, depending on thickness applied.
